Ingredients

  • 1 can of whole corn

  • 1 can of sweets condensed milk

  • 4 medium sized eggs

  • 10 inch round, oven safe, pie dish


Preparation

  1. Pre-heat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. In a blender, crack open the 4 eggs and let it mix until it turns light bubbly yellow,

  3. Add the sweet condensed milk and mix again.

  4. Open the corn can and drain (discard) 3/4 of the juice the “juice”

  5. Pour in the corn and the 1/4 of the can’s juice in.

  6. After the corn is nicely mixed, pour into the pie dish and put it in the oven.

  7. Let it cook for about 30-45 minutes.

  8. Once it’s lightly golden, remove and let it sit until its room temperature, let it cool in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours and voilà, best dessert ever.
